ScopeCharter is operated by ScopeCharter Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Scopecharter is provided as a SaaS application for meeting analysis and action tracking.
Use of service
You are responsible for the content submitted to your workspace and for ensuring you have the right to process meeting transcripts through the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription changes, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the billing flow shown in the application and Stripe checkout or portal where applicable.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
You may not use Scopecharter for unlawful purposes, abusive automated load, or activity intended to disrupt the service.
Limitation of liability
ScopeCharter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScopeCharter Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
