What we collect

We store account details, organisation details, meeting transcripts submitted by users, AI-generated meeting outputs, and billing metadata required to manage subscriptions.

How we use data

We use submitted transcript content to generate structured summaries, decisions, risks, and action items. We also use account and billing data to operate the workspace and manage subscriptions.

Third-party processing

Transcript content may be securely processed by third-party AI providers such as OpenAI solely to generate requested outputs.

Customer transcript content is processed only for generating outputs requested by the customer and is not used by ScopeCharter to train proprietary AI models.

Retention

Workspace data remains available until it is deleted by the customer or removed under service retention policies.
