Transcript Data Handling

Last updated: 15 May 2026

ScopeCharter is operated by ScopeCharter Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Scopecharter is designed to turn meeting transcripts into structured outputs such as summaries, decisions, risks, and action items.

What happens when a transcript is submitted?

The transcript is stored in your workspace, queued for processing, and sent to the configured AI provider to generate structured outputs.

Customer transcript content is processed only for generating outputs requested by the customer and is not used by ScopeCharter to train proprietary AI models.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by users before relying on them operationally.

What is stored?

The original transcript, the generated structured summary output, and linked action records may be stored in the application database and storage systems.

Customers may request deletion of workspace data by contacting support.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect customer data.

Customer responsibility

You should only submit transcript content that you are permitted to process and share with your chosen providers.
